  While most of the staff appears to be friendly over the phone, everything is very disorganized. I called a couple of months ago now for an estimate and work still has not started. It took more than three weeks for me to get an estimate. This is after I was told that someone would be out to look at the problem the next day and call me back. I had to call back half-a-dozen times before I finally got the final estimate. I signed the work agreement two weeks ago, did not receive word for a week until I contacted them and was told they would try to get me on the schedule for that week and would contact me by the following day. No contact and it has been a week. I don't know if they are not used to residential work or if they are always this disorganized but it has been the most frustrating experience I've had in awhile.
