  This is a small business with a focus on natural pet products. This is definitely a place for people who really care about their pets, and the staff are pet lovers themselves who will try to help you out in any way they can. I haven't utilized it myself, but supposedly they have a self serve bath station here that can be used for under $10. I have a bathtub I am comfortable bathing my dog in, but this is a great feature for those who don't.
  
  My only complaint is how overly expensive this place can be. I wouldn't mind paying a little more considering they have a natural focus and are a small business, but, just in my experience, I felt like I paid way too much. I bought a small rug, a beef shank, and a nail grinder and paid about $75. I was fine with paying more for the nail grinder, but the beef shank is essentially a dog bone, and it cost over $20. I could have bought myself a nice steak dinner for the same price as my dog's bone. The rug, in my opinion, should have been no more than $10. Otherwise this is definitely a store to check out if you're a pet owner.
