As a student in Carbondale, I had a bad experience hiring these guys to clean floors in a rental house on Wall Street. Some property in my closet had been shuffled through and stolen. They used a two man team where one guy would run the vacuum and the other guy acted like he was just holding the hoses. Looking back, the hose guy was blocking the view through each of the bedroom doorways and acting as a lookout, while the vacuum guy left the machine running and snooped for any valuable property. I spoke with the owner immediately after they left and he refused my claim without even talking to the employees. I followed up with the owner but he said his guys denied the accusation and he wouldn't be doing anything to make it right. I took issue with the owner for knowlingly allowing the employees to load up their car and go home right after my first call. He waited to ask if they had stolen anything when they returned to work the next day (my property was long gone by then) Felt like I was taken advantage of for being a young person and not knowing how to handle the situation. Now the world knows!
