  Had an 8:30 am appt to have them come out and do an estimate on a tree we needed cut down. At 8:45 I called because no one had showed up and we were waiting to start or Saturday errands. He apologized and said he was just about to call to reschedule for later this afternoon Bc his son has a football game at 1030. We were fine with that and canceled some afternoon plans we had to be here when he showed up. It's now quarter after 7 and still no call. I obviously can't comment about the quality of work, but the customer service is very poor. We will (obviously) not be using their services.
