  It was somewhat of a long and difficult process but Richard saved my sister's inheritance from my father by getting it into a special needs trust. She had a stroke at age 50 and will never fully recover; never be able to work again or even live alone. It wasn't a huge amt of money after taxes but since her only income is SS disability, it helps her get necessary things like dental work that she couldn't otherwise afford.
  There aren't many attorneys that do what Richard does, especially in downstate Illinois. He was a godsend for us.
