  Love Sephora but this specific location has staff that’s rather snobby and clueless about promotions and when they’re happening. My friend and I went in because they were having a free mini facial and then deluxe sized sample after it was finished and when we asked about it, the two workers paused from their conversation with each their and gave us a look like they thought we were stupid or something. They then proceeded to say they had no idea what we were talking about, even though there was a HUGE sign outside of the store that stated everything we said, and said they could make us a sample of anything. This isn’t the first time I’ve came in and had to feel uncomfortable bothering workers having a conversation or doing their own makeup in the mirrors. I’ve only had a good expirence with two of their employees. The rest are dying to get you out of the way or give off a “I think I’m better than you” vibe which is really annoying and makes me never want to shop in store. They really need to hire more friendly staff who are actually helpful to shoppers and don’t make us feel like a burden.

  I think that this store is a great addition to the Carbondale area! Friendly and helpful staff, clean shopping environment, plus having a wider range of luxury brands to choose from makes this an absolute gem. I'm not sure what Nicole is referring to when talking about an online order being messed up, as those orders are fulfilled by another location.
