  About 8 o'clock one night, I used Things Remembered online service to pick up in store, to order a personalive gift needed in a couple days. I realized, after the store had closed, that I may have had the wrong date on my order. I called first thing the next morning to see if it had been done yet, and to see if I could stop it in time. They were really efficient and had it done, with the wrong date on it. I was willing to buy a new one, with the correct date on it. They were so kind to engrave a new one at no charge to me.
  The last time that I purchased anything from Things Remembered was over 20 years ago. I will now look there first for any special gifts. Their customer service is FANTASTIC!
