  I previously had what seemed to be a bad experience with Ulta Salon. But, the Salon manager reached out to me and apologized and talking to her, I discovered it was all a misunderstanding and some confusion. Social media doesn't seem the best way to go about booking appointments because it can cause some confusion. So, now that I have gotten the truth of what happened, and the manager has assured me that this confusion with social media will change, I am happy to say that I recommend Ulta Salon. I was always happy with the work I had done on my hair there. And I am happy this was just a misunderstanding that was able to be resolved. I think I will go back one day for their hair services. And I hope nothing like this will happen again in the future.

  I can't figure out how to leave two separate reviews because I thought I had left another review awhile back but couldn't find it. Anyway
  Mason is an amazing, talented artist. He has a great personality and makes every appointment just a fun, easy, and enjoyable time. I was super late for an appointment recently but he was so kind he didn't mind to stay and finish my hair and even styled it etc I swear he can do any color ^_^ and loves to help anyone find the best products etc. I highly recommend him!
  
  Emily at the hair salon is simply incredible. She can cut, color, and style any hair. She truly has a great, fun attitude and personality. She's an amazing artist :) she loves to listen to her clients and provide/create their perfect hair. I highly recommend her!
  
  Both of these artists are different in their own ways, but they are so talented, and I'm so blessed to know these two amazing artists!
